Las Vegas Golden Knights - After finishing their inaugural season in the Stanley Cup Finals, our Knights are poised for another great season that will be played at the T-Mobile Arena. The 2018-2019 schedule has been released and we have the games listed below by date, with their first home game on 10/4/18. Ticket prices will be announced "sometime" in the summer of 2018, so keep checking back here and on the Knight's site for final pricing and specials available.

Las Vegas 51's -  Baseball is in season in 2019 in our favorite city from April 9 - September 2. This year, the 51's are celebrating 35 Years of baseball in Las Vegas.  Come by and get your baseball fix with the minor league team of the Oakland Athletics playing at Cashman Field (In 2019, the 51’s might be renamed, and they will be playing in their new ball field in Summerlin). There's always a promotion of some sort going on, just click HERE to see the list. Affordable ticket prices are to be had for usually around $10.00 to $25.00 (+ Fees) each (subject to change) and will be available in March, 2019. Check their downloadable 2019 game schedule HERE to see who the 51s are playing while you're in town. The dates for Big League Weekend will be announced soon and the Chicago Cubs should be returning to play the Cincinnati Reds. The Cubs have sold out 15 games in the last 10 seasons they've had Big League Weekend, so get your tickets early.

 

Las Vegas Aces - Our favorite city now has a WNBA team that will be playing at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. They are expected to play about 17 home games in their first season of 2018, which usually starts around May. The 2018 Schedule has been released and we have the games listed below by date, starting with the first game on 5/27/18 .You can put a deposit down through AXS and have it applied to a single-game seat, multi-game seat (when announced), or a season ticket. Las Vegas Lights FC - Las Vegas has gained a USL Professional Soccer Team. Games are played at Cashman Field (same field as the 51's). Games usually start at 8:00 P.M. with the Zappos Tailgate Party starting at 5:30. The Tailgate Party features the "Get Lit" Beer Garden, popular food truck vendors, the Zappo sstage with live musical acts and games for the whole family. You may purchase season tickets or purchase game day tickets starting at 12:00 P.M. on gameday. Tickets for individual games run $15.00 - $75.00

 

The Beatles LOVE Magical Technical Tour is held every Friday and Saturday from 1:00 P.M. - 1:30 P.M. Learn about the show's technical elements such as: automation, audio, projections, lighting, rigging and see some of the show's props and wardrobe. The Walking Gourmet "Culinary Mystery Tours" - This concept is intriguing to us. The tour is a food tasting experience taking place in either Mandalay Bay or The Palazzo/Venetian. You will visit 4-5 restaurants per tour, with 2-4 tastings of incredible food (appetizers, entrees, desserts, etc.) and cocktails per stop, lasting 3-3.5 hours in the afternoon.  The tours are all-inclusive (except for any tip you would like to give your professional tour guide). Banger Brewing Tours - Learn how they brew their favorite craft beers and about the fresh ingredients that Banger uses. December 1 - The 13th annual Las Vegas Great Santa Run benefiting Opportunity Village takes place in Downtown Las Vegas. Choose from a 5K run or a one-mile walk. For your $30 registration fee you'll get a five-piece Santa suit, a runner goody bag and a commemorative medal from the event sponsors. Bring a canine companion for $10 more and receive a doggie bag full of treats. Shape Magazine named this run one of the Top 10 Costume Runs in the world last year. December 1 - 2 - The final days of the Comedy World Network International Film Festival will be held at the Eclipse Theaters (814 S 3rd St)(MAP)  The screenings of the winners from throughout the year will now be screened to determine who takes home the yearly award.

December 6 - 15 - Wrangler National Finals Rodeo has been around since 1985 and returns again this year to the Thomas & Mack Center. The NFR had record attendance in 2014 of 177,565 fans and they look to do even better this year. Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association World Standings determine qualifications to compete in bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, barrel racing and bull riding.

December 6 - 15 - The 32nd anniversary of the Roper Cowboy Christmas takes place at Las Vegas Convention Center South Halls during the National Finals Rodeo. Hundreds of Western Lifestyle Exhibitors in one place. You'll find boots, buckets, hats, jewelry, and western wear. Admission to the exhibit is FREE. Hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. There will be hundreds of exhibitors to see some great products. You'll also see some live demonstrations, free entertainment, and meet your favorite NFR superstars.

December 6 - 16 - The 23rd anniversary of the Stetson Country Christmas at the Pavilions at World Market Center (203 W. Symphony Park Ave - Downtown) (MAP) returns. The show hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. daily. Admission to the exhibit is FREE. There will be hundreds of exhibitors to see some great products. You'll also see some live demonstrations, free entertainment, and meet your favorite NFR superstars.

December 7 & 8 - Winterfest returns to the Henderson Events Plaza (200 S. Water Street) with the theme Winter Blue Edition and includes a variety of family-friendly activities including the official tree-lighting ceremony, craft and food vendors, entertainment, and an evening parade. The tree-lighting is at 6:00 P.M. on Friday, the festival is 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. on Friday and Noon - 5:00 P.M. on Saturday. The Evening Light Parade is 5:00 P.M. on Saturday.

Enjoy an eclectic cast of guests including Hollywood stars, musical acts, athletes and celebrity chefs for 90 minutes of chat and entertainment. Mondays Dark has a mission: Raise 10K in 90 minutes with every penny staying in the Las Vegas area benefiting local charities. January 8 - 11 - The International CES returns and attracts the "who's who" of tech and related industries. Held at the Las Vegas Convention Center with the Venetian as the sponsoring hotel in years past, hotels and rates are posted on the CES website under Registration>Hotel. CES features key products from categories such as automotive, electronics, audio, computer hardware and software, digital health and fitness, video, entertainment/content, content distribution, lifestyle electronics, connected home products, Internet-based multimedia services, digital imaging, emerging technology, electronic gaming, wireless and wireless devices, and telecommunications infrastructure...whew!

January 10 - The Golden Knights (NHL) take on the San Jose Sharks at 7:00 P.M. at T-Mobile Arena.

January 11 - 13 - BMX Winter Nationals returns to the South Point Arena and kicks off the 2019 season. BMX will give you an adrenaline rush when the gate slams down and eight racers make a full sprint towards the first obstacle. You'll see big jumps, big air, steep backsides, deep turns and downhill sections that will add up to massive speeds for these racers. USA BMX continues their tradition of kicking off the brand new national season in Las Vegas. Stayed tuned for hours and ticket prices, or click HERE for the South Point Arena website.

January 11 - 13 - A Soldier's Play @ The Smith Center's Troesh Studio Theater at 7:00 P.M. (+2:00 P.M. on 1/12/19 & 3:00 P.M. on 1/13/19) Tickets are $39.00

January 10 - 27 - The 18th Annual Las Vegas Jewish Film Festival returns and will be held over three weekends at four locations. Ticket prices have not been announced, but in 2018 were free to educators and students, and everyone else pays only $10.00 each for tickets to any one film in the festival or a festival pass is available for $50.00. The films will be shown at The Adelson Educational Campus, South Point's Cinemark Century Theaters, the Palms Hotel's Brenden Theatres and UNLV's Alpha Epsilon Pi House. January 15 - 20 - Dear Evan Hansen, part of The Broadway Series @ The Smith Center's Reynolds Hall. Tickets are $50.00 - $156.00

January 16 - 20 - Continental Cup of Curling will be held at the Orleans Arena. "Full Event Package" tickets are $264.96 and can be found HERE. The Orleans Arena site is showing a 8:00 P.M. start time on Wednesday and 9:30 A.M. the other days, but that is always subject to change as the event gets closer.

January 18 - 20 (PD) - Otakon Vegas will NOT be returning to Las Vegas for 2019, while they take a hiatus. Check the 2020 dates to see if it returns to Planet Hollywood.

January 18 - 20 - American Darts Organization Fleetwood Memorial Las Vegas Open has been listed, but is not sanctioned yet, and should be held at the Tuscany again. With a purse amount that has not been announced yet (In 2018 it was $30,000), get ranked and get in this tournament. A flyer for the event will be released soon. Tuscany Suites Hotel & Casino has been the host hotel in the past.

January 19 - The Golden Knights (NHL) take on the Pittsburgh Penquins at 7:00 P.M. at T-Mobile Arena.

January 22 - 26 - The 29th Annual Las Vegas Motorcycle Auction by Mecum Auctions returns to the South Point Exhibit Hall. This is one of the largest collection of antique & vintage motorcycles for sale in one place. In 2013, 88% of the motorcycles changed owners and total sales were over $6,000,000. There are some fantastic motorcycles represented here that you may not get a chance to see elsewhere. Right now, they say there will be over 1,750 motorcycles on the block in 2019. Tickets (in 2018) were $20.00 per person, per day in advance or $30.00 per person, per day at the gate (Children 12 and younger get in FREE). Motorcycle sales begin at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday and 9:00 A.M. Wednesday through Saturday.

January 22 - February 10 - Spamilton: An American Parody @ The Smith Center's Troesh Studio Theater. Tickets are $55.00

January 23 - The Golden Knights (NHL) take on the Nashville Predators at 7:00 P.M. at T-Mobile Arena.

January 24 - The 9th Annual Las Vegas Motorcycle Auction by Bonhams should returns, but to a new venue - RIO Hotel. In 2014, Bonhams sold $3.3 Million in historical motorcycles. There were some great machines that changed hands, come by and take a look. In 2018, a new world record was set at the Bonhams auction in Las Vegas. The Jack Ehret Speed Record-Setting 1951 Vincent Black Lightning sold for nearly $1 million.

January 25 - 27 - The combination event: Las Vegas Antique Arms Show, International Sporting Arms Show, Invitational Knifemakers Show returns to the Westgate Resort & Casino. The company behind this show has been producing it for 52 years! If you're going to be around that long, you've got to be doing something right. A show for the collector or enthusiast you can probably find what you're looking for here. The show will be open Thursday from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.,  Friday and Saturday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and Sunday from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Daily admission is $15.00, or a 3-day pass is $35.00. The event information page is HERE.

January 25 - 27 - The 6th Annual Afro-Latin Festival returns and to a new hotel: Alexis Park All Suite Resort. There will be three workshop rooms with all kinds of dance disciplines and three party rooms at night with Salsa, ChaChaCha, Bachata, Merengue, Kizomba, Semba and Kuduro. The Dance Party will go until 6:00 A.M. All access tickets for the three day event ran $125.00 in 2017, but there is an early bird special for $89.00 if you act quickly. As of this update, prices were not posted for 2018.

January 26 (PD) - Divas' Day Out, Las Vegas' Largest Women's Event should return, to its new venue: South Point Hotel & Casino. You'll find over 175 vendors selling and demonstrating products and services geared to women, including live entertainment, health & fitness, shopping, family, beauty & fashion, and more. The event runs from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. FREE to the public and FREE on-site parking.

February 5 -11 - Frontline Gaming's Las Vegas Open returns, and comes to a new venue - Ballys. "The best three days in gaming that you Won't remember." A three day table top gaming convention that will feature social events along with Warhammer 40K, Warhammer Fantasy, Warmahoardes, and Heavy Gear events and tournaments. February 7 - 10 - The 15th Annual Dam Short Film Festival takes place at the Boulder Theatre in nearby Boulder City, Nevada (30 Minutes away - Directions MAP). Their goal is to present over 100 of thehighest-quality short films for attending audiences to enjoy. 2015 Festival Tickets were an inexpensive $9.00 per program with each program containing between 4 and 8 films. Sounds like a good time.

February 8 - 10 - Mahalia! A Celebration of Gospel Presented by Broadway In The Hood at The Smith Center's Myron's Cabaret Jazz at various times Tickets are $44.00

February 8 - 10 - National Field Archery Association returns to hold its Vegas Shoot at South Point Hotel & Casino. Known as the largest and most prestigious indoor archery tournament in the World, it attracts novice to Olympic archers from around the Globe and includes 3 intense days of no error competition. The Vegas Shoot offers the World's largest indoor purse with a projected payout in 2015 of nearly $200,000 in cash prizes. Attendance is expected to reach 3,000 archers and thousands more in spectators. You can find information on accommodations HERE.

 February 9 - The Golden Knights (NHL) take on the Columbus Blue Jackets at 7:00 P.M. at T-Mobile Arena.

February 9 (PD) - Look for the return of Mardi Gras Vegas at Springs Preserve (MAP) as they celebrate Cajun and Creole cuisine, music and culture. You'll find live music, great food and a great time. Admission to this event is separate ( usually, around $6) and does not include access to indoor museums and galleries.

February 9 - 10 (PD) - The 7th Annual Vegas Pet Expo should return to the World Market Pavilions, 475 S. Grand Central Pkwy (MAP). Admission and parking is free and the event will be 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. on Saturday and 11:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. on Sunday. You'll find over 100 vendor booths featuring unique pet products, pet clothing, accessories, treats and more. There will be free nail trimming, low-cost vaccinations, live presentations and a Flyball demonstration from the Vegas Velocity Flyball Racing Team. Of course, bring your pet (but they need to be on a fixed lead).

March 1 - 3 - Las Vegas Toycon returns to Vegas and will be headquartered this year at the Westgate Hotel. In 2016 attendance was over 15,000 to attend this celebration of all things collectible. If you're a fan of Hot Wheels, Pop Vinyl Figures, Action Figures, Cards or Comics, this will be for you. This year, they are stressing a better layout and easier access to all areas you'll want to go. March 1 - 3 - NASCAR returns to Las Vegas for the first of TWO races at Las Vegas Motor Speedway for 2018. From the big race at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, to the Hauler Parade down the strip and driver meet and greets and interviews all over town, there will be plenty of things to do and places to go for this 3 day event.

March 1 - 3 - The International Rugby Board brings Round 5 of the 18th HSBC Sevens World Series back to Las Vegas! This event takes place at Sam Boyd Stadium at 12:00 P.M. each day (Actual time schedule is still TBA). Tickets usually go from $33 to $91 for daily tickets (with many multi-day passes available), so get yours early as the prices go up at the end of the year. With attendance in 2016 of 80,138 over its 3-day competition, good tickets will go fast.

March 2 - Spring Preserve's Run Away With Cirque du Soleil will be held from 7:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Join dozens of artists from Cirque du Soleil's Las Vegas shows and more than 1,000 community members for a 5K run or 1-mile fun walk. Reservations are required, and ticket prices will be announced closer to the event. Family and friends are welcome to cheer on their loved ones, but spectators will not have access to the event amenities (refreshments, massage station, face painting, circus play area, and photo booth).

March 2 (PD) - Brews N 'Ques Festival should return to the City of Henderson's Events Plaza from 1:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. This event will feature Nevada Breweries and BBQ vendors. General admission tickets include unlimited beer pours and a meal voucher for one of the food trucks that will be on hand featuring some great food choices. Purchasing tickets and drinking is restricted to those 21 and older, but kids are allowed to attend. Tickets are $15 off if purchased by 2/14/18. Regular prices are $50.00/$65.00

March 2 (PD) - New Vista Wine Walk should return to Town Square Las Vegas (6605 Las Vegas Blvd South) and Downtown Summerlin on Festival Plaza Drive in the center of the Pavillion. There are usually around 7 of these in the cooler months before and after summer. Stop by over 20 tasting stations that will feature an eclectic mix of wine varietals and even some specialty cocktails, sake, or craft beer. Enjoy live music, entertainment, great food, and shopping options at this beautiful location. One Hundred Percent (100%) of the proceeds go to benefit New Vista, a local charity of over 30 years whose mission is to serve and support the intellectually challenged of all ages. Tickets are $30.00/$35.00 You must be 21+ years old to participate.

March 2 - 16 - The Tribal Massive, internationally acclaimed immersive Bellydance College returns to Las Vegas. There will be dancers from around the globe and every continent to learn from the most iconic dance instructors in a safe, fun, interesting environment. This event is suited towards Intermediate, Advanced, and Professional dancers and teachers. Events and classes are held at various locations around the city, so check their site to find where yours will be located.

March 3 - The Golden Knights (NHL) take on the Vancouver Canucks at 1:00 P.M. at T-Mobile Arena.

March 4 - 10 - The Mint 400 returns to Las Vegas for its 50th Anniversary race and this year, they’re adding a single track course for motorcycles. This is the oldest, roughest, most spectacular and prestigious off-road race in America, and is now part of the Red Bull Signature Series. Racers compete in 21 different classes of race vehicles across 400 miles of Nevada desert for a chance to win the Mint 400 Class Championship. Be sure to attend some of the four days of festivities surrounding the Mint 400. This event will be taped and aired on NBC in July. The Golden Nugget and Plaza are Host hotels, so check their sites as you will probably find a special deal for attendees. More than 30,000 spectators were attracted to the 2013 race.

March 5 - Dancing With The Stars Live!: A Night To Remember will be at The Smith Center's Reynolds Hall at 7:30 P.M. TV's biggest dance show returns on tour featuring fan favorite professional and troupe dancers in a brand-new production showcasing every type of dance style as seen on ABC's hit show Dancing With The Stars, ranging from ballroom and jazz to modern and hip-hop. Tickets are $39.50 - $89.50 with VIP Packages available for $190.00 - $575.00
 
March 6 - The Golden Knights (NHL) take on the Calgary Flames at 7:30 P.M. at T-Mobile Arena.

March 6 - 10 - Shen Yun 2019 will perform at The Smith Center's Reynolds Hall at various times. Check the website for updated performance times. Tickets are $84.00 - $224.00

March 7 - 8 (PD) - World of Outlaws Sprint Cars should return to the dirt track of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway prior to all the NASCAR speed week festivities. Races are held at 7:00 P.M. both nights. Reserved seat tickets for both shows are available for $80 and will include a FREE Fan Pit Pass. Reserve seats to the individual shows are $40 while General Admission tickets are $39 and children 12 and under are FREE. For all the ticket details, go HERE.

March 8 - One Night for One Drop returns, but this time to Bellagio (Times and Theater TBA) The show, imagined by Cirque Du Soleil, supports the One Drop Foundation which benefits those without access to safe water around the world as well as local projects in Southern Nevada focusing on youth education, water conservation and sustainable living programs. Tickets in 2018 were $125.00/$225.00/$325.00/$1,500.00, but 2019 prices have not been posted yet.

March 8 - 9 - Questival Adventure Race makes a stop in Las Vegas. This 24-Hour event challenges you to Assemble a team of 4-6 people, download the app, the challenge list will be emailed to you. Then travel, serve, camp, discover, survive, and WIN. Discover Las Vegas, Get Outside, Do Good, and have a GREAT TIME. Tickets are currently $46.00/person, but will go up as the event draws closer. The event will be held at the Downtown Container Park with check-in beginning at 5:00 P.M. on the March 9.

March 9 - Super, Sprint, and Kids Spartan Obstacle Racing. We are intrigued by this event. Not just a race, not just a challenge, this looks like the mother of all competitions to see just how tough you are. These competitions were designed by seven ultra athletes and a Royal Marine. They are world-wide competitions and this event is coming to Jean, NV - near the California Border. This will be 8+ miles/20+ obstacles/mud running/trail running/mental & physical obstacles and challenges. Registration fees, location information, PDF's you'll need to fill out and other information you will need can be found on the landing page. You can even enter your kids in a Jr. Spartan 1/2 mile or Varsity Spartan 1 mile race. Information is toward the bottom of the registration page. This race sold out again in 2017! Get registered early.

March 10 (PD) - The Floyd Mayweather Jr. Foundation should return and present the 5th Annual Fight-4-Fitness 5K Run, 2K Walk, Kids Fun Run (1/2 Mile for Children 12 & Under) and Community Day at Sunset Park (2601 E. Sunset Rd) from 10:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. Tickets are:

March 12 - April 1 (PD) - Fremont Street Experience presents the 8th Annual Downtown Hoopstown for college basketball fans. The four blocks underneath the Viva Vision canopy will be lined with college banners and will feature acts as the stage production show Hardwood Hotties, an interactive High Hoops Zone, the world's largest NCAA bracket and a special basketball-themed show on the Viva Vision canopy.

March 13 - 16 - PAC-12 Men's Basketball Tournament @ T-Mobile Arena at various times (Check the site for day/times/ticket prices)

March 16 - 17 (PD) - Big League Weekend should return to Cashman Field for its 29th year! The World Series Champion Chicago Cubs will make this their 14th straight appearances for BLW and this year will take on the the Cleveland Indians for two games (Saturday & Sunday). The Cubs have sold out 17 games of their last 12 BLW seasons, so be sure and get your tickets as soon as your trip is planned. Game times are 4:05 P.M. on Saturday and 1:05 P.M. on Sunday. Ticket prices are not on the website yet, but you can order them now by calling the 51's box office at (702) 943-7200 (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.).

March 16 - BBSC Endurance Running presents the return of the Six Tunnels to Hoover Dam St. Patrick's Day Run. Now this sounds like an interesting event. This run is out and back on old railroad track removed long ago and now part of the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy and the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The route is on newly packed and maintained trails (50%) and paved trails (50%) and NO vehicular traffic. The course doesn't have steep climbs, but there is <3% grade from when they were hauling supplies to Hoover Dam during the early '30s. The entire elevation gain is only 497 feet. The course passes through six tunnels in each direction.There are three events for the day: A 13.1 mile Half Marathon starts at 8:00 A.M., a 12K Course starts at 8:05 A.M., a 5K Run/Walk starting at 8:15 A.M., and a 1 Mile Stroll starting at 8:15 A.M. You must pre-register for this event, there is NO race day registration.The Hoover Dam Lodge is giving a special rate for runners. Call 800-245-6380 and mention Six Tunnels Half Marathon to get the good rate.

March 16 - Disney's Dcappella @ The Smith Center's Reynolds Hall at 7:30 P.M. Tickets are $29.50 - $65.00 with VIP tickets available for $129.00 each. DCappella, Disney Music Group’s new a cappella group featuring 7 world class vocalists, comes to Las Vegas. Created by Disney and contemporary a cappella legend Deke Sharon (Pitch Perfect, The Sing Off and much more), the tour will appeal to fans of both Disney and a cappella with their modern a cappella versions of Disney hits.

March 16 - New Vista's Brews St. Patrick’s Day Celebration festival returns to The Lawn at Downtown Summerlin (1980 Festival Plaza Drive) for its 12th year, (making it the longest running open-air beer festival in Southern Nevada). Attendees will enjoy an afternoon of unlimited samplings from both local and national breweries, entertainment, activities and games. Participants will receive a souvenir tasting glass and tasting guide. Tickets are:

March 19 - April 8- March Madness will roll into Las Vegas in its usual big way. Look for the Final Four to be played in U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. March 21 - 24 - The Fifth Annual Nevada Women's Film Fest should return to Springs Preserve for it's fourth year to showcase women's films and the filmmakers. Not all films are from Nevada, you can expect a bit of an international look to the films. You'll find discussions on many topics during the festival, also. The Springs Preserve theater seats 156, so let's fill it up and give these filmmakers some of the exposure they deserve. Find a LV Review-Journal article on the festival HERE. Ticket prices were not available at the time we posted, but in previous years, they have $20/Day or $35 for the entire festival.

March 21 - 24 - The Studio Series @ The Smith Center's Reynolds Hall at 7:30 P.M. Tickets are currently Subscription Only, but will become available to the general public closer to the event.

March 22 - 23 (PD) - Monster Jam World Finals XIX should return to Sam Boyd Stadium. If you feel the need for monster trucks, speed and hair-raising stunts, then get your tickets now. This is a fun event for the whole family. Tickets begin at $61.00 for Friday or Saturday, $97.00 for Friday AND Saturday or 2-Day Double Down Seats are $197.00 (which include a whole list of extras-go to the site to read about it). The gates open at 4:30 P.M. both days, with the event starting at 6:30 P.M. If you purchase the tickets, the Pit Party begins at 2:30 P.M. on Friday and 10:30 A.M.  on Saturday and goes until 5:30 P.M. on both days.

March 23 - The 5th Annual PurpleStride Las Vegas returns to The Green at Town Square. Opening Ceremonies are at 8:15 A.M. with the 5K Run/Walk beginning at 9:00 A.M. PurpleStride walks are among the largest sources of funding for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

March 23 - The Golden Knights (NHL) take on the Detroit Red Wings at 7:00 P.M. at T-Mobile Arena.

March 23 - 24 - The yearly Spring Plant Sale at Springs Preserve returns. March 29 - The 34th Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards will be held at the Orleans Arena at 6:30 P.M. Hosted by Gospel sensation Kirk Franklin, and features an all-star cast of Gospel elite. There will be sanctioned ancillary events during the weekend as the Stellar Awards recognizs the accomplishment of Gospel music icons and individuals instrumental in advocating for Gospel Music. April 3 - 6 (PD) - The Nth Ultimate Whiskey Experience should return to the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. Ticket prices are not announced yet, but in 2016 there were three levels of Experiences: The Companion ($295.00 - NO Whiskey Samples, but there will be red and white wines to sample ), The Connoisseur ($545.00), and The High Roller ($2,995.00). April 5 - 6  - Great Vegas Festival of Beer should return to Downtown Las Vegas, but to a new venue - The Downtown Las Vegas Events Center for the ninth year. There will be talks, demos and guided tastings along with the Great Vegas Grand Tasting specialty menu to go along with the event. Be sure and attend the educational Brewlogic sessions to learn more about the ins and outs of brewing beer.  The Mad Craft Experience returns on Friday (7:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.) which will pair over 50 specially-curated beers from local breweries along with vintage pours, one-off creations while chefs create beer-infused and inspired samples. At the festival on Saturday you'll be able to sample from a selection of over 500+ craft beers from more than 100+ breweries. In 2017, the event took place from 3:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. April 6 -  Gran Fondo Las Vegas Endurance Cycling by Planet Ultra should return. On Bicycling Magazine's "bucket list" of Gran Fondos, this is a 70 mile trek with 5,500'+ of climbing, or choose the Ultimo Fondo Route with its 100 mile route with 8,000'+ of climbing. This year is the addition of a Mini Fondo for 44 miles available. This is not for an amateur, but you can come out and support the cyclists. Limited to 300 cyclists. Registration begins in October, 2018 - registration dates and amounts along with their host hotel info is on the linked page.

April 6 - Springs Preserve's Pacific Rim Celebration will be held from 4:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. highlighting Hawaiian and Pacific Islander culture. This family-friendly festival features a variety of fun and educational, hands-on activities as well as hula and ukulele performances, lei making, storytelling, games and fun. Ticket prices will be announced closer to the event.

April 6 -  8 - March Madness will roll into Las Vegas in its usual big way for its last couple of games. Look for the Final Four to be played in San Antonio, TX at The Alamodome. April 13 (PD) - Run Away With Cirque Du Soleil should return to Springs Preserve. Join dozens of artists from Cirque du Soleil's Las Vegas shows and more than 1,000 community members for a 5K run or a 1-mile fun walk. There will be music from cast and crew, photo opportunities with performers and a circus play area for children. The event is from 7:00 A.M. - 12 P.M., reservations are required and ticket prices will be announced closer to the event. All proceeds support the Springs Preserve and Cirque du Soleil Foundations.

April 18 - 21 - Viva Las Vegas Car Show and Rockabilly Weekend 22 returns to the Orleans Hotel and Casino. April 18 - 24 - The Play That Goes Wrong, part of The Broadway Series @ The Smith Center's Reynolds Hall. Tickets are currently subscription only, but individual tickets will open for sale closer to the event.

April 18 - 24 - Team Dart, the world's largest soft-tip dart tournament returns to its new home at the Paradise Events Center at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino. This will be the events 34th annual tournament. In 2018, there were nearly 3,000 players from the U.S., Canada and Europe competing for titles. This unique tournament encompasses skill levels from beginners to masters. Participants are classified into levels according to their team's or their individual skill rating. Team Dart has a unique spin on prize money: all levels in open events pay the same amount of money for each place, be it Level 1 or Level 18. If you are an NDA-sanctioned player and playing at least 96 league games in a specified period for the NDA company who enters the player in the tournament. April 21 - 26 - The 2019 US Open 9 Ball Championship will be held at Mandalay Bay. The prize-fund for this event is $300,000. More information will be available in the upcoming months and we'll post it as we find it.

April 24 - 27 (PD) - Laughlin River Run, Riding the River for 37 Years should return. Billed as the largest motorcycle event on the west coast, you'll see historic US Route 66 the way it was meant to be seen. You'll ride the hills from Kingman to Oatman, AZ, cool off in Colorado, and end up testing your luck at any one of the Laughlin strip casinos. Concerts, vendors, manufacturers and special events will keep you busy every day. In 2018, look for a poker run, custom bike show and a Ms. Laughlin River Run contest.

April 24 - 28 (PD) - American Poolplayers Association National Singles Championships should return to the Westgate in beautiful Las Vegas (subject to change-not posted on website yet). This event has two individual National Singles Championships in its makeup. The 8-Ball Classic will be held April 27 - 29 ($300,000 Total Purse) and offers five Skill Level Tiers. The APA 9-Ball Shootout is held April 25 - 27 ($150,000 Total Purse) and offers three Skill Level Tiers. (Final purse amounts subject to change closer to the tournament).

April 24 - 29 (PD) - Outlaw Bicycle Club should have its 7th gathering of custom bicycle enthusiasts, builders and bike clubs in North America at a new venue: The Stratosphere. There will be a Fabricator Face Off between eight fabricators competing head-to-head to build a 100% complete, original, and rideable bike (the frame must be a one-off and built by the entrant). You can also tour the art show and vendors. Tickets are available as a three-day pass, and the earlier you buy, the less expensive they are. This will be a cool event to attend.

April 25 - 28 - The 6th Annual Las Vegas Black Film Festival should return to celebrate the Black Impact on the Big Screen. Great films, special guests, awards, this event has it all. Plan to attend and get a chance to see the next generation of movers and shakers before the rest of the world.

This event will feature some of the best gourmet food trucks from all over the country. Some of these trucks have been featured on The Food Network, Travel Channel, and the Cooking Channel. There will also be Carnival Rides, a beer garden, eating contests and more. Ticket prices in the past were: 4 day pass is $10, with a single day pass costing $10.00 and VIP tickets are $50.00 for the 4 Day Pass.  Kids under 54" are FREE! April 26 - 28 (PD) - Muscle Cars at the Strip (Formerly, Mopar at the Strip) should return to Las Vegas. Formerly just for Mopar enthusiasts, the show has been expanded to include GM and Ford. The focus of the event is muscle cars of the 60's and early 70's. You'll find a Car Corral showcasing some of these
beautiful vehicles, a Swap Meet, Manufacturers Midway, Open Autocross, and special concerts at the Cannery Hotel and Casino (Host Hotel). April 27 - Dia Del Nino at Springs Preserve will be held to honor children and celebrate childhood from 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. You'll find clowns, magicians, cooking demos, face painting, a petting zoo, live entertainment, food & drink and more. Ticket prices will be announced closer to the event. Reservations are not required, but it is recommended to purchase your ticket(s) in advance in case there's another sell-out.

April 27 - The 16th Annual Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival should return to The Cannery Hotel and Casino begins at 5:00 P.M. Music, local and craft beer, great BBQ all in one place. Tickets are $10.00

April 27 - New York-New York should host the 22nd annual qualifying event for the 103rd Annual Nathan's Famous Fourth of July International Hot Dog Eating Contest in Coney Island, New York. The event will take place at New York-New York's Brooklyn Bridge for the title of "Nevada Hot Dog Eating Champion" and two contest winners will advance to the July 4th Finals in New York. A special employee contest will take place at 1:00 P.M. prior to the main event, which will be at 3:00 P.M. Admission is FREE and open to the public.

PBR's Last Cowboy Standing has the top 40 Bull Riders competing for $100,000 in prize money and bonus PBR world standing points. The competition continues until only one cowboy remains as the man who has ridden the most bulls consecutively and can claim the title "The Last Cowboy Standing". The WCRA Rodeo Showdown features a new competition format with prizes of nearly $400,000! The WCRA includes all seven disciplines the competitors will have to perform: Bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, and bull riding. The PBR starts at 7:45 P.M. on the May 4 & 5, the WCRA starts at 1:45 P.M. on May 5 & 6. May 4 - The Kentucky Derby will be held at Churchill Downs in Louisville, KY. The best place to view "The most exciting two minutes in Sports" has got to be a Las Vegas Sports book. Make your choice, get there early and enjoy the spectacle.

May 4 - Monster Energy Cup returns to Sam Boyd Stadium where the world's top Supercross riders compete in three 10-lap events. The best Italian food and entertainment this side of Naples will be available for these four days. They'll have ethnic foods, rides, and national acts every hour on the main stage. May 9 - 12 (PD) - The 13th Annual Vegas Uncork'd food & wine festival, brought to you by "Bon Appetit" magazine should return for 2019.  The yearly event takes place over the weekend at MGM Resorts, Cromwell, Caesars Palace, Venetian, and Cosmopolitan. Tickets are sold separately for every event, so you can do as much or as little as you want to. May 9 - 12 (PD) - Helldorado Days should return to Las Vegas. Helldorado is great at recapturing the spirit of the Wild West and the cowboy way-of-life. This is a fun three-day outdoor festival which includes a professional rodeo, a carnival, a parade and much more to do. It's been around since 1935 and this year, 100% of ticket proceeds benefit children and veterans charitable organizations in Southern Nevada. The Festival takes place Thursday to Sunday at the Las Vegas Village (across from Luxor). The PRCA Rodeo is also Thursday to Sunday with tickets going for $10.00/$20.00/$35.00/$125.00 and can be found HERE. May 10 - Las Vegas 51s (soon to be renamed) take on the Salt Lake Bees (Los Angeles Angels Triple-A affiliate) at their new stadium in Summerlin.

May 10 - 11 (PD) - Spring Wine Festival (Hosted by Golden Nugget). The event should returns for its 10th year featuring wines from NAPA and Sonoma Valley. Kicking off with a poolside wine reception on Friday, at 8:00 P.M. This event will keep you busy all weekend. Tickets to the Friday are $42.69 (+ Fees), Saturday's Grand Tasting Tickets at the Grand Events Center are $89.66 (+ Fees).

May 10 - 12 (PD) - LVTAPFEST should return to continue to explore the tradition of tap in the City of Entertainment because and enlighten the community of dance and it is a business of tap dance mixed with the history and new generations. This festival continues to keep the tradition of tap dance alive in Las Vegas by educating the community in tap culture, history, and discipline by instruction and performances for and by members, students, and patrons. There's quite a lot of classes and history classes planned, so plan now before all the tickets are gone. Events (last year) took place at the UNLV Alta Ham Fine Arts Building Dance Department Room #111 and at the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts at the Lowden Theater on 9th and Clark. May 11 (PD) - MonteLago Village Beerfest should return to The Village at Lake Las Vegas in nearby Henderson. The  Pub is hosting the event from 2:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. There will be tickets for 2,000 beer lovers and at least 30 breweries in attendance. Tickets are $45.00 General Admission (3:30 Entry) and VIP tickets are $60.00 (2:00 P.M. early entry). You'll receive your wristband and official MLVBF sampling glass. (You must have the wristband and glass in order to sample beer). The festival is open to the public to visit the vendor tents and restaurants.

May 11  -The 10th Annual Brews & Blues Festival should return to Springs Preserve (MAP). This is a beautiful park, and this will be their ninth annual Festival. The Festival will take place from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. You'll be able to try beers from numerous local, regional, domestic and international brewers while listening to some great Blues music. The Preserve is located about three miles from the Strip. Ticket prices and sale date, bands, and breweries will be listed closer to the actual event. We'll update as soon as we find out more. The first 1,900 guests can receive a commemorative mug.

May 11 (PD) - Vegas Unstripped should return to Downtown Las Vegas and is presented by The Feast of Friends. This is a celebration of local independent Las Vegas culinary talent presenting tastes of their personal expressions. For one night only, take part in this historic event with entertainment and hard/soft beverages included in the ticket price of $68.27. The event will run from 9:00 P.M. - 1:00 A.M.

May 11 - 12 (PD) - Art Festival of Henderson should return as it showcases art from some of the region's best artisans along with hours of live entertainment, you will not want to miss this event at the Henderson Events Plaza and Convention Center (200 S. Water Street). You can browse through artist boutiques showcasing paintings, pottery, jewelry, photography and much more on display and available for purchase. This event is 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.M both days and there is complimentary parking and admission.

May 17 - 18 (PD) - Tiger Jam should return and celebrate its 21st anniversary at Shadow Creek. Party like a rock star. Play poker with the best, golf like a pro, and it's all hosted by Tiger Woods. Check out their website to see what you can do this incredible weekend.

May 17 - 19 - Electric Daisy Carnival returns, at its new, earlier, date, for another year of late night to early morning dancing. Come join 100,000 of your closest friends (you've just not met them yet). The event takes place at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and is HUGE!! Come well rested as this party starts in the evening and goes well into the morning every day of the event (usually ending around 6:00 - 7:00 A.M.). You should make your room reservations early, as rooms will get expensive the longer you wait. In 2017 EDC had shuttle buses to take you back to the strip from LVMS, where you could walk or catch a cab/Uber/Lyft back to your hotel. In 2017, total attendance was around 400,000 with 135,000 showing up for the last night. Ticket Prices for 2018 are: General Admission (18+ Years Old) are $325/$340/$355 (Earlier you buy, the cheaper they are) and VIP (21+ Years Old) run $699.00. NEW FOR 2018: You'll be able to camp at LVMS so you'll be closer to EDC. Check the website for any restrictions. The lineup for artists at the 22nd Annual Electric Daisy Carnival has been released!

May 17 - 19 - CK Shows Coin and Currency shows return and to a new venue: Palace Station Hotel & Casino (2411 W. Sahara Ave.) If you are a numismatist and want to visit a Vegas-sized show, here you are! You'll find vendors, clubs, seminars and more. Ticket price in 2016 was $3.00, but you can find a coupon for free admission on the site. Hours are: Friday - Saturday 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. and Sunday from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Palace Station is offering a special room rate through their website.

May 18 - Springs Preserve's Ice Cream Festival returns and will be held from 10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. You'll find stations serving ice cream sundaes, novelties, and root beer floats along with live entertainment, face painting, storytelling, a pirate magic show, carnival games and more. Tickets are Adult/Child $10.00/$8.00 (Non-Members) & $9.00/$7.00 (Members) It is recommended that you purchase your tickets in advance to avoid a sell-out risk. It did sell-out in 2017, so get your tickets EARLY.

May 18 (PD) - The 13th Annual Lee's Beer & Tequila Experience should return to the Thomas & Mack Center and be held from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and tickets are $60.00 in advance and $70.00 at the door. They will feature over 300 Handcrafted beers and 70 of the finest Tequilas. All net profits go to Lee's Helping Hand, a Non-Profit Organization. You must be 21 or older to attend.

May 18 (PD) - Insane Inflatables might return to Las Vegas at the Craig Ranch Regional Park (628 W Craig Road) (MAP). (As of this posting, their website is not up, but that's not always an indicator of an event's returning.) Tickets are a VERY reasonable $29.00 - $79.00. Riders enter in "waves" of 100 beginning at 8:30 A.M. and a new wave is released every 15 minutes. The course consists of 11 separate inflatables that you will have to go over/through to reach the end. Looks like a great time! Get your tickets quick, as prices go up to $39.00 on November 17 and increase $5.00 per ticket every 2 - 3 weeks thereafter.

May 23 - June 1 (PD) - The Valley National 8-Ball League Association (VNEA) should hold their 39th Annual National Championships at Bally's. VNEA is a non-profit organization established to promote the game of pool on coin-operated equipment. All skill levels will be represented. They expect 4,000+ participants from all over the US, 6 Canadian Provinces, and several other countries to play on 250 tables.

May 24 - Las Vegas 51s (soon to be renamed) take on the Albuquerque Isotopes (Colorado Rockies Triple-A affiliate) at their new stadium in Summerlin.

May 24 - 25 (PD) - Best Dam Barbecue Challenge should return to cook up a storm in nearby Boulder City, Nevada at Bicentennial Park (26 Miles From LV - 30 Minutes) (Directions). This is a professional barbecue competition and admission is free. There will be barbecue and festival food, vendors, a family fun zone, the Best Dam Car Show, musical entertainment, and a Police VS. Firefighters Rib-Eating Contest. The event will be held on Friday from 4:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. and on Saturday from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

May 24 - 27 - The 21st annual Punk Rock Bowling returns to Las Vegas for 4 days of punk rock and bowling. You'll have three days of festival shows, four nights of late night club shows and two days of bowling. The bowling portion usually takes place at Sam's Town, Gold Coast, Suncoast, and Texas Station (with shuttle buses available), but nothing definite as of this writing, so keep checking the website. Punk Rock Bowling WILL sell out, so get your tickets early.

May 30 - June 1 (PD) - International Bowling Museum and Hall of Fame should hold their sixth national event, Bowling's Hall of Fame Xtravaganza. After the regular season from October to March, where league and casual bowlers will compete in qualifying rounds in America's bowling centers, 240 finalists will win a four day/three night trip to Red Rock Resort and Red Rock Lanes bowling center where they will compete for an additional $25,000 in cash & prizes

May 30 - June 2 (PD) - National Barrel Horse Association Professional's Choice Super Show & Western Gift Show should return to South Point's Arena. This is the largest barrel racing organization in the world and will put on a show worthy of its size. Come see some of the best Equine Athletes compete in this exciting sport. The best thing: IT'S FREE to the public.

Single GA ticket last year was $35.00, Single VIP was $55.00, Couples VIP were $100 and 6 Pack/12 Pack VIP Tickets were available also (+ fees). June 13 (PD) - Third Annual Summer Cookout featuring Robert Irvine should be held at the Tropicana. The Tropicana will team up with Three Square Food Bank to kick-off the 12th installment of Las Vegas Restaurant Week, a celebration of dining out for a cause. The event will be at Robert Irvine's Public House and guests will be able to indulge in summertime favorite dishes, as well as refreshing beverages. Proceeds from the evening will benefit Three Square in its fight to end hunger in Southern Nevada. The event will be held from 7:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. with General Admission tickets at $50.00 (Active Duty Military, Veterans, & Local Law Enforcement Including First Responders with valid ID are $40.00) and VIP tickets are $100.00

June 13 - 15 (PD) - The Las Vegas Car Stars event should invade Fremont Street again. You'll have the chance to see famous cars (or a replica) used in both television and the movies, custom & specialty vehicles. In 2013, the event featured an Aston Martin DB9 from James Bond, the Munsters car, a Cadillac given to Joe Esposito by Elvis, KITT, and many others. You'll also get a chance to rub elbows with actors and actresses from television and motion pictures. The event raised money for the Children's Miracle Network. June 13 - 16 (PD) - Magic The Gathering Grand Prix Las Vegas should return to the Westgate. Modern will be Friday and Saturday with Limited being held on Saturday and Sunday. Participating restaurants will serve prix-fixe menus at price points from $20.00 to $80.00 with a fixed portion of the meal's cost being donated to Three Square food bank. Restaurant week broke its own records in 2015 and is hoping to do it again this year. July 4 - 6 (PD) - U.S. Darts Masters has the biggest names in darts and shouldreturn to Las Vegas to compete at Mandalay Bay Events Center.  This will give North American players a chance to compete and win their spot in the eight-player North American Championship. Tickets for a single session in 2017 were $57.35/$69.30. Start times are 12:00 P.M.

July 5 - 16 (PD) - The 15th NBA Summer League  should return to the Cox Pavilion/Thomas & Mack Center for 2019. Last year was the first time all 30 teams were in competition in the MGM Resorts Summer League-represented at the annual showcase for up-and-coming talent in Las Vegas. This event will last 12 days and there will be 82 games as a part of this tournament style schedule. Times will be posted closer to the event. July 12 - 14 (PD) - USA BMX Las Vegas Nationals should return to the South Point Arena for their second show of the season in Las Vegas. BMX will give you an adrenaline rush when the gate slams down and eight racers make a full sprint towards the first obstacle. You'll see big jumps, big air, steep backsides, deep turns and downhill sections that will add up to massive speeds for these racers. This second race of the season will surely be a blast as competition heats up! Stayed tuned for hours and ticket prices, or click HERE for the South Point Arena website.

July 12 - 14 (PD) - The Outlander Official Convention should roll back into Las Vegas at Bally's Hotel. You can meet some of your favorite actors from the show such as Caitriona Balfe (Claire Randall), Sam Heughan (Jamie Fraser), and Stephen Walters (Angus Mhor), with more guests to be announced shortly. Times and ticket prices have not been announced yet, but these are usually not expensive events and Creation Entertainment puts on a good show for fans.

July 13 & 14 (PD) - Ice Cream Festival at The Park (Between NYNY and Park Hotel) should return for 2019. Indulge in the unlimited ice cream festival experience from 1:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.m. for a mere $10.00 ticket purchased at the Beerhaus bar. All sorts of specialty treats will be available (some, only to adults).

July 13 (PD) - 2019 Miss Asian North America Pageant  held @ UNLV's Artemus W. Ham Concert Hall should return. Tickets in 2017 were $40.00/$75.00

July 14 (PD) - For the 5th time, The World Series of Poker and One Drop should host The BIG ONE for One Drop. A $1 Million buy-in tournament capped at a maximum of 48 players and is the most significant charity initiative in poker history. This event should take place at the Rio during the WSOP 2018 and the WSOP will waive their rake fee and that portion of the pot will go to benefit One Drop's projects.

July 17 - 21 -  RollerCon, "The original worldwide roller derby convention" will return to Las Vegas, now at the Westgate Resort and Convention Center. Whether you're new, seasoned, or a veteran, this event will be for you. There will also be fun stuff for for derby officials, productioneers and fans.

July 17 - 27 - 2019 8/9/10-Ball National Championships, presented by CueSports International returns to the Rio Las Vegas. July 19 - 20 - Las Vegas Bridal Shows should present the "Veils and Vino Bridal Spectacular" wedding planning experience again at the Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall 2A. General Admission in 2017 was $15.00 and VIP Admission is $25.99, but they say to watch their Facebook Fanpage for special savings and promo codes. You'll interact with armed and armored martial artists, try cracking a whip, throw a dagger, or see what it feels like to wield a two-handed sword. This is going to be one multifaceted and interesting Con. August 2 - 4 (PD) - EVO Championship Series should return in 2019 to Mandalay Bay Events Center and the Las Vegas Convention Center. The Evolution Championship Series represents the largest and longest-running fighting game tournaments in the world. You'll find the best of the best from around the world in a dazzling exhibition of skill and fun, as players and fans gather in an open format and determine a champion. The 2014 Championship was on XBOX 360, but games that do not have a 360 port will not be excluded. Check their site for the most up-to-date rules.

August 3 - 8 - Black Hat USA will return to Las Vegas. The conference had its best year in 2013 with over 7,500 people attending and in 2019 the event should be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center (Not confirmed yet). This conference has provided attendees with the very latest in information security research, development, and trends.

August 6 - 11 - Hot August Nights is to return to the Reno/Sparks area. This event is open to all 1976 and older classic cars pickup trucks and emergency vehicles. There will be a car show, vendors, drag races, concerts, cruises, poker run, poker walk, and a parade. In 2013, over $100,000 was awarded in prizes for Best of Show and Ultimate Best of Show. This up-and-coming event sounds like a great time for car enthusiasts, but you'll have to plan accordingly since it's not in the Las Vegas Area and is about 7 hours (450 Miles +/-).

August 7 - "Weird Al" Yankovic “The Strings Attached Tour” at The Smith Center's Reynolds Hall, at 7:30 P.M. Tickets are $39.50 - $95.00

August 8 - 11 - Def Con 27 will return to Vegas and this year will be at Paris/Bally's/Planet Hollywood - check the site. Def Con is one of the oldest (originally started in 1993) and largest continuous running hacker conventions.

August 8 - 17 (PD) - American Poolplayers Association should hold their National Team Championships in our favorite city. The event will be held at the Westgate Hotel (formerly the LVH and Hilton) and is billed as the world's largest amateur pool tournament. There will be Open 8 & 9-Ball, Ladies 8-Ball, Jack & Jill Championship, and the Masters Championship.

2018 event will be like, but in 2016 it was held in four different locations in the hotel, starting around 10:00 A.M. and finishing up as late as 2:00 A.M.
the next morning. This looks like a great event for Blues fans.

September 6 - 7 - Polynesian Football Classic should return and be held at Liberty High School stadium in Henderson featuring eight teams. Tickets are affordably priced. The Classic will feature eight top-ranked high school teams steeped in a rich Polynesian football history. Take a look at the team listing, game times and ticket prices on the jump page.

September 6 - 8 (PD) - The 32nd Harvest Festival Original Arts & Crafts Show should return to its new venue: World Market Center - Pavilion 2 at 475 S. Grand Central Parkway. In 2018, Show hours were 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. on Friday and Sunday, from 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. on Saturday. In 2018, Parking was $5.00 at the Pavilion and Admission Prices were $9.00 General Admission, $7.00 for Seniors and Military, $4.00 for Kids (13-17) and Kids 12 & Under are FREE! There will be Arts & Crafts (of course), musical entertainment and food vendors.

September 6 - 8 (PD) - The Water Street Car Show should return to Henderson (200 S. Water Street) for another great show. You'll see classic, custom and muscle cars along with trucks, motorcycles, hot rods and one-of-a-kind cars. FREE to spectators of all ages, the day will include family-friendly activites, live entertainment, food and souvenir vendors and an awards presentation. September 6 - 14 (PD) - High Roller Reining Classic Horse Show & Western Gift Show should be held at South Point's Arena. Held here since 2008, this growing sport is returning for another great show. Admission is FREE! Visit their website HERE.

September 11 - 15 (PD) - San Gennaro Feast returns, but the location is TBA (September 2018 was at Boulder Station Hotel & Casino - 4111 Boulder Highway). The feast and the celebration of the Saint Gennaro. The best Italian food and entertainment this side of Naples will be available for these four days. They'll have ethnic foods, rides, and national acts every hour on the main stage. General Admission is $12.00. Children under 54" are FREE. Ride tickets are purchased on site.

September 13 - 16 - The best Mexican Independence Day celebrations this side of the Rio Grande will take place in our favorite city. You will find Mexican cuisine, music concerts, comedians, and Mariachi bands. Be ready for crowds!

September 13 - 15 - Joe Weider's Olympia Fitness & Performance Weekend should return to the Orleans Casino's Arena. This event is sanctioned by the International Federation of Bodybuilders Professional League (IFBB Pro League). Each night will have its own special events. Each night begins at 7:00 P.M. with Thursday night being "Meet the Olympians", Friday night is Mr. Olympia judging, Fitness, Bikini, and Ms. Olympia Finals and Saturday night is Figure, 212 Showdown & Mr. Olympia Finals. If you enjoy professional bodybuilding, this prestigious event is for you. Tickets in 2015 were $72.00/$88.00/$110.00/$132.00/$154.00/$176.00

September 13 - 15 - NASCAR returns to Las Vegas for the second race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway for 2018. From the big race at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, to the Hauler Parade down the strip and driver meet and greets and interviews all over town, there will be plenty of things to do and places to go for this 3 day event.

September 14 - 16 - The Las Vegas Greek Food Festival should return for its 47th yearand will be held at St. John Greek Orthodox Church (5300 S. El Camino Road). Admission is only $7.00 (2018 Price, price not listed at the time of this posting), and there is free parking and shuttle buses, along with valet parking at the Festival Site (No parking on the neighborhood streets). September 14 - 15 (PD) - Ho'olaule'a Pacific Islands Festival should return to the Henderson Events Plaza (200 S. Water St.) in nearby Henderson. You can expect two stages of live entertainment, Sunday car show, boutique booths, an indoor career/business/health fair, crafts, art displays, and workshops. There will be outdoor activities, food, drink, and games. Complimentary admission both days. The event will be begin at 10:00 A.M. both days and end at 8:00 P.M. on Saturday and 6:00 P.M. on Sunday.

September 18 - 21 (PD) - The World Andalusian Cup IV should return to South Point's Arena featuring the world's top horses, trainers, exhibitors and spectators from across the globe for a chance to go home with cash, prizes, trophies, show saddles and the title of Supreme Champion. The best thing: Admission for Spectators is FREE! Show will run from 8:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M., according to the organizers.

September 20 - 22 - The Life is Beautiful Festival returns to Downtown. LIB is a three-day music, food and arts festival that plans to attract thousands of locals and tourists to the downtown area.

September 20 - 21 - I Heart Radio Music Festival should return to the T-Mobile Arena at 7:00 P.M. Tickets in 2018 were $86.75 - $823.00 Last years acts:

September 20 - 22 (PD) - Super Run 2019 Classic Car Show should return to Mesquite, Nevada (about an hour North-East of Las Vegas on the 15). Located at the CasaBlanca Resort (950 W. Mesquite Blvd)(MAP), this show is open to all years, makes and models of classics, motorcycles and special interest vehicles. Admission is FREE and the show is open Noon - 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, 8:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. Friday & Saturday and 8:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. on Sunday.

September 21 (PD) - The Fifth Annual Charity BBQ Competition and Festival Benefiting Children and Families Fighting Childhood Cancer should return to Craig Ranch Regional Park (628 W. Craig Road) from 12:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. You'll find something for everyone:BBQ from over 30 teams competing to bring you the best flavors in town, a Kids Zone, a VIP tent, and live bands. General Admission is $10.00 in advance and $15.00 at the gate (which gives you 1 Piggy Buck, redeemable for food and drink as well as kids activities). VIPig tickets are $150, which allows you access to the VIP tent, exclusive parking and Piggy Bucks. This Festival supports three children's charities - Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation, Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, and the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation.

September 26 - 28 (PD) - Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction should return to the Mandalay Bay Events Center. Come see the biggest and best collector car auction. Last year, GM and Ford had a test track in the (large) parking lot of the Convention Center and you could test drive a car and then take a"hot lap" with a professional driver and HOLD ON (hopefully you didn't eat before riding - it was quite a ride). Bring your good walking shoes and a camera. This is a great event to attend for the car enthusiast.

September 28 (PD) - The 4th Annual Vegas VegFest should return to the Clark County Government Center Amphitheater (MAP) from 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. and is FREE (Donations are accepted to help defray costs). Keep a watch on their website and Facebook page for updates on what will be happening.

September 28 (PD) - Grapes & Hops Festival at Springs Preserve (MAP) should return. Sample fine wines, a unique selection of beers and food from some of Las Vegas' finest restaurants-while helping to raise money for a good cause (Par for The Cure) dedicated to raising funds for breast cancer research. This even will go from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and you must be 21 and over to attend. Ticket prices will be announced closer to the event. Sold out in 2018!

October 3 - 6 - Las Vegas Bike Fest is back! The best way to describe this event is to let their webpage say it all. "This is one crazy-long weekend of hard-core rockin’ good times – live concerts, nonstop partying, big money Poker Runs, cool bikes and hot contests – one unforgettable, talk–about-all-year bash that only Las Vegas can deliver.  And only Sin City can handle!" This event has been a great time for bike enthusiasts, this year will not disappoint.

October 3 - 6 (PD) - Great American Foodie Fest should return to our favorite city and to its new location Sunset Station (1301 W. Sunset Road in Henderson). You'll find over 50 of the nation's best food trucks and specialty food vendors to make your culinary day! Also, you'll find carnival rides, cooking demonstrations, a beer garden and a live DJ. What a great day. Tickets are $8.00 presale (4 Day Pass w/unlimited reentry) or $10.00 at the gate (4 Day Pass w/unlimited reentry).

October 3 - 6 (PD) - The Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival should return to a new venue: Tivoli Village (400 S. Rampart Blvd)(MAP). Come enjoy and eclectic selection of local fare from locally-renowned celebrity chefs and some of the best wines available. Ticket prices are $100.00/$150.00+ and can be purchased on their site. VIP Admission at 8:00 P.M. and General Admission at 9:00 P.M.

October 4 - 5 (PD) - RiSE Lantern Festival at the Mojave should return to the Moapa River Reservation off exit 75, 32 miles NE of Las Vegas. This event is unique in that it promotes sustainability, with 100% biodegradable lanterns, and meaningfulness as you inscribe your lantern with a message that means the most to you before releasing it into the sky. The video on the home page is stunning. Tickets in 2017, were adults $89-$109 and children 3-10 are $59-$69 with an accompanying adult (we'll post updated pricing as it becomes available). Parking is available for $29/vehicle and shuttles will leave from Mandalay Bay, Red Rock and Aliante and are $39 per person. Shuttles will run to the venue from 2:15 P.M. until 7:30 P.M. and return trips will begin at 8:30 P.M. (with the last shuttle leaving at 11:00 P.M.).

October 4 - 6 (PD) - Vegas Gone Yoga returns to our favorite city for a 6th weekend of asana (yoga sitting placement and posture), music, art, and wellness. They've had Glowga (glow in the dark yoga with a DJ) and food options to get you on the healthier path. All this will take place in the serene setting of Springs Preserve (MAP). October 4 - 6 (PD) - The 14th Annual Pure Aloha Fall Festival should return to the Silverton Hotel & Casino Parking Lot. Pure Aloha is the biggest Polynesian Festival in Las Vegas and features a large carnival, food, retail vendors and live entertainment. Admission is $10 (Cash Only) or $15 after 8:00 P.M. on Friday & Saturday and 7:00 P.M. on Sunday. The event will be held:

October 5 - Elite & Just Clean VW Show should return to its new venue: The Galleria Mall beginning with a 7:00 A.M. roll-in and end at 3:30 P.M.. This is the largest VW show in Nevada. You'll find the Ultimate VW Build Off, Vendors, Car Show (7 Classes), and swap meet offering some vintage/NOS/used parts for you to pick through. Admission is FREE. Car Show has it's own entry fee of $25.00/$30.00

October 5 - 6 - The 56th Annual Art in the Park in Boulder City will return. For a city of just over 17,000, this event will draw over 100,000 visitors to Boulder City. You'll find over 300 artists representing Fine Art, Fine Craft, and Traditional Artists. There will be over 25 unique food, beverage, and "adult" beverage vendors. You'll also find live demonstrations, live music, children's activities and raffle giveaways (each of the participating artists will donate a minimum of one piece of artwork for the fundraising raffle, along with some local Chamber of Commerce members). This event is the largest fundraiser for Boulder City Hospital Foundation, and not far from Hoover Dam. Limited free parking is available throughout Boulder City, and special off-site parking is available for $10 (with free shuttle transportation service from the off-site lot). Boulder City is about a 30 minute drive from Las Vegas, find a map HERE. The event is open 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. on Saturday and Sunday.

October 10 - 12 - The Las Vegas Collector Car Auction by Mecum Auctions comes to the Las Vegas Convention Center (3150 Paradise Road) on new dates. This is a great chance to bid on a fantastic collection of antique, vintage and hot rods for sale in one place. There are some fantastic vehicles represented here that you may not get a chance to see elsewhere. Right now, they say there will be over 1,000 vehicles on the block. In 2017, tickets were $20.00 in advance or $30.00 per day at the gate (Children 12 and younger are FREE). Gates opened at 8:00 A.M. and auction began Thursday at 1:00 P.M. and at 10:00 A.M. on Friday and Saturday.

October 11 - 13 (PD) - Vegas Nerd Society should return in 2019 with "The Summit" (Formerly known as the Vegas Internet Mafia Family Picnic). Featuring movers and shakers in the Las Vegas podcasting, blogs, and entertainment industries.

(MAP) The yearly family-friendly event featuring a haunted hay maze, ghost stories, trick or treat stations, carnival games, a petting zoo, crafts, family bingo, live entertainment and much more returns. For an additional $3 (members)/$5 (non-members) you can take a "Haunted" train ride down the Preserve trails. October 11 - 13 - The 12th annual Lebanese American Festival, should return to the St. Sharbel Maronite Catholic Church, and will be held at 10325 Rancho Destino Rd. (MAP) Friday from 4:00 P.M.-Midnight., Saturday from 4:00 P.M.-Midnight and Sunday from 2:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. There will be vendors, music, feed, carnival rides, folklore dance performances and a beer & wine bar. Admission is only $5 while children 10 & under are FREE. Active Duty Military, Veterans and Police Officers (With ID) are Free on Friday, October 12 (2018).

October 12 (PD) - Springs Preserve presents One Drop Walk for Water from 6:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. (The Walk begins at 9:00 A.M.)  This 2.7 mile walk will begin at the Smith Center and end at the Springs Preserve. Your registration will include and event t-shirt and complimentary admission to the celebration at Springs Preserve. There you'll have the opportunity to win raffle prizes, enjoy music and free food, and play carnival games. October 12 (PD) - The Great Garage & Antique Sale will be held at Silverton Hotel & Casino's Parking Lot from 8:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. You'll be able to buy and sell treasures such as antiques, jewelry, furniture, tools, electronics, books, clothing, sporting goods and much more in one giant space. Early bird admission is at 6:30 A.M. for $5.00 at the door, General Admission is at 8:00 A.M. and is FREE.

October 12 (PD) - Silver State Brewfest will be held poolside at Tuscany Suites and Casino (255 East Flamingo Road) from 5:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. and featuring local breweries from Las Vegas and beyond. Tickets are $81.20/$91.81 with VIP tickets getting early admission at 4:00 P.M. General Admission tickets include a tasting glass to enjoy all you can drink craft beer. October 12 (PD) - The 11th Annual Rose Regatta Dragon Boat Race and Festival should return to Lake Las Vegas raising money for breast cancer support services in Southern Nevada. The goal is to raise $100,000 supporting the R.E.D. Rose Program at Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican and they are well on their way. This will be a good time, so go out and support this worthy cause.

October 19 (PD) - Las Vegas Book Festival should be held at the Historic Fifth Street School (401 S. 4th Street-Map at the bottom of the main page). The festival is FREE and open to the public from 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. There will be keynote speakers and six discussion sessions you can attend.

October 19 (PD) - Aki Matsuri Japanese Culture and Food Festival should return to nearby Henderson at their Events Plaza Amphitheater (200 S. Water Street in Henderson). Last year's festival lasted from 11:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. You'll find Japanese culture and food, entertainment, Bon Odori: Sangha Buddhist and much more. You must be 21 or over to attend the event and they do require a valid photo ID. This 3,000 year-old Hispanic celebration honors loved ones and is full of joy and tradition. The evet will be held from 4:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Reservations are not required, but they do recommend purchasing tickets in advance to avoid a sell-out risk. Ticket prices will be announced closer to the event.

November 2 - Vegas Valley Comic Book Festival should return to the Clark County Library for its 12th year (1401 E. Flamingo Road - about a mile-and-a-half from the strip). There have been publishers, vendors, film screenings, panels, special guests, and more at previous events. Over 3,500 guests attended last years event, so be sure and come early. The event will be from 9:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. and admission is always FREE!

November 2 (PD) - The 15th Annual Subie Invasion, presented by Zenkai Motorsports and Subaru of Las Vegas should return to its new address: Fry's Electronics Town Square lot on South Las Vegas Blvd. Subaru owners, fans, and tuners are attending to take in good food, fun, and festivities celebrating all-things Subaru. Subie Invasion did not happen in 2018, so we’ll keep a watch to see if it’s returning in 2019. If not, we’ll remove this event.

November 2 (PD) - The NPC Las Vegas Classic Bodybuilding Competition should return for 2018. You'll have the Men's Division (Physique, Masters, Novice and Teen) and Women's Division (Bikini, Figure, Fitness, Physique, and Overall) Competing. The event will be held at the UNLV Performing ArtsTheater (get directions HERE) (850 North Las Vega Blvd) and the Contest Hotel is TBA.

November 2 (PD) - New Vista's Brews Best Craft Beer festival should return to The Lawn at Downtown Summerlin (1980 Festival Plaza Drive) for its 11th year, (making it the longest running open-air beer festival in Southern Nevada). Attendees will enjoy an afternoon of unlimited samplings from both local and national breweries, entertainment, activities and games. Participants will receive a souvenir tasting glass and tasting guide. Tickets are:

November 2 (PD) - Lee's Discount Liquor 16th annual Wine Experience should return to the Thomas & Mack Center at UNLV. Tickets, in 2018, were $60 in advance and $70 at the door. The event will featured over 1,000 great wines from France, Italy, Spain, Chile, Argentina, and the U.S. You will also be able to enjoy a tasting of vodka, tequila, rum, whiskey, liqueurs and beer. There will also be a silent auction with proceeds going to Lee's Helping Hand which assists Las Vegas Charities.

November 2 (PD) - Sunset Park'd Food Truck Festival presented by the Clark County Parks and Recreation Department, should return for its sixth year. This is a FREE event and features over 30 Food Trucks, Live Music, and activities for both Children and Adults. The event will be from 12:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Sunset Park (2601 East Sunrise - MAP). This year will include the Las Vegas Sangria and Beer Festival. Tickets for the Sangria and Beer Festival are $28.00, but will go up to $40.00 closer to the event.

November 6 - 10 - The PBR World Finals buck their way into the T-Mobile Arena for the richest bull riding event in the world. Attended by over 70,000 people in 2012, get your tickets early. They will feature spin-off events such as the PBR Fan Zone, a Kick-Off Party at the Fremont Street Experience, Rider Meet and Greets, Legends Reunions and event After Parties. The events kick off at 6:40 P.M. each night. Tickets for the 5 Day Series Event in 2018 were $45.24 - $1096.00

November 9 - January 2 (PD) -  Away from home for the holidays? Then get by Glittering Lights at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (I-15 N, Exit 54, Turn Right, 1/2 mile Turn Right). Enjoy the 2.5 MILES of Christmas lights and displays, that over 1 million people have seen the displays in the 13 years they've been in operation. Admission is only $20/vehicle (Monday - Thursday) and $30/vehicle (Friday - Sunday, Holidays and December 19 - January 2). Also available this year is a season pass for $75.00. Special discounts available, but you’ll need to check their calendar for availability. They will have a Santa Tram driven by Silver State School Credit Union available for $20.00 - $25.00 per person. November 12 - 17 (PD) - The Las Vegas National Hunter/Jumper Horse Show should return to South Point's Arena and is FREE to the public. Check their site closer to the event for time information.

November 15 - The Mob Museum usually offers free admission to Nevada Residents while it celebrates Kefauver Day. Kefauver Day celebrates the anniversary of the Kefauver Committee hearings which investigated organize crime in interstate commerce and took place in the Mob Museum building on November 15, 1950. If you're not a Nevada Resident, tickets are buy one - get one. Clear pricing was not available on their site, but tickets are not expensive.

November 15 - 17 (PD) - Sabakon (Formally Known As Anime Day Vegas) should return to the Tuscany Suites and Casino. This event is held so that Anime lovers of Las Vegas can spend time together while waiting for the bigger Anime conventions in the fall season.This year, they're coming out for a fall event. There will be exhibitors, artists, panels, games, guests, bands, video game tournaments, music and much more. You can save a little by registering early over Day-Of Registration. November 15 - 17 - Cigar Aficionado returns for its 24th annual Big Smoke in Las Vegas at The Mirage. Tickets in 2018 were $675.00 for the weekend event, $325.00 for just the evening events of the weekend/$375 for VIP Admissions to the evening events, or $875 for all access for the weekend including seminars. You will receive an e-ticket after purchase.

November 16 - 17 - Rock 'n Roll Marathon returns to the strip and benefits the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The race will begin at 4:30 P.M. November 20 - January 5 (PD) - The Boulevard Pool at Cosmopolitan should be transformed into an ice skating rink again. You'll enjoy the brisk temperatures, fire pits, s'mores, warm cocktails, and ice skating with family and friends. Returning this year is the addition of Snow Days featuring snow showers every 30 minutes at the rink during select times of the season. Tickets are $20.00 for All Day Access, $10.00 All Day Access for Local Residents or Hotel Guests (Monday - Thursday), $10.00 Skating Aid Rental Fee. Note: Children 17 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult that is 21 years or older. November 21 (PD) - BBSC Running Events presents the Las Vegas Turkey Trot - Six Tunnels to Hoover Dam. Now this sounds like an interesting event. This run is out and back on old railroad track removed long ago and now part of the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy and the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The course doesn't have steep climbs, but there is an approximate 3% grade from when they were hauling supplies to Hoover Dam during the early '30s. The entire elevation gain is only 392 feet. The course passes through six tunnels in each direction.There are three events for the day: A 12K run starting at 8:00 A.M., a 5K Run/Walk starting at 8:05 A.M., and a 1 Mile Stroll starting at 8:10 A.M. You must pre-register for this event, there is NO race day registration. The Hoover Dam Lodge giving a special rate for runners. Call 800-245-6380and you must mention Turkey Trot to get the good rate.

November 22 - 24 - CK Shows Coin and Currency shows return and to a new venue: Palace Station Hotel & Casino (2411 W. Sahara Ave.) If you are a numismatist and want to visit a Vegas-sized show, here you are! You'll find vendors, clubs, seminars and more. Ticket price in 2016 was $3.00, but you can find a coupon for free admission on the site. Hours are: Friday - Saturday 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. and Sunday from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. November 22 - 24 (PD) - Motor Trend International Auto Show should return to the Las Vegas Convention Center. Friday, Saturday & Sunday hours are 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. November 25 - 29 (PD) - For the 11th year, we're looking for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Champion's Week to return to Vegas. A week long celebration of the 2016 NASCAR Series Champion and the top 12 drivers. Some of the events featured will be a Pit Stop Tour, Las Vegas Motor Speedway FanFest on Fremont Street, NASCAR Awards Banquet and a driver Q&A. January 8 - Elvis was born in Tupelo, Mississippi and today would've been his 85th birthday. Why not spend the day celebrating the man that is synonymous with our favorite city! July 22 - 26 -  RollerCon, "The original worldwide roller derby convention" will return to Las Vegas, now at the Westgate Resort and Convention Center. Whether you're new, seasoned, or a veteran, this event will be for you. There will also be fun stuff for for derby officials, productioneers and fans.

August, 2020

August 4 - 9 - Hot August Nights is to return to the Reno/Sparks area. This event is open to all 1976 and older classic cars pickup trucks and emergency vehicles. There will be a car show, vendors, drag races, concerts, cruises, poker run, poker walk, and a parade. In 2013, over $100,000 was awarded in prizes for Best of Show and Ultimate Best of Show. This up-and-coming event sounds like a great time for car enthusiasts, but you'll have to plan accordingly since it's not in the Las Vegas Area and is about 7 hours (450 Miles +/-).

September, 2020

September 13 - 16 - The best Mexican Independence Day celebrations this side of the Rio Grande will take place in our favorite city. You will find Mexican cuisine, music concerts, comedians, and Mariachi bands. Be ready for crowds!

October 1 - 4 - Las Vegas Bike Fest is back! The best way to describe this event is to let their webpage say it all. "This is one crazy-long weekend of hard-core rockin’ good times – live concerts, nonstop partying, big money Poker Runs, cool bikes and hot contests – one unforgettable, talk–about-all-year bash that only Las Vegas can deliver.  And only Sin City can handle!" This event has been a great time for bike enthusiasts, this year will not disappoint.

February 6 (PD) - Super Bowl LV will be held at the new Rams Stadium, in Inglewood, CA. Make your reservations to be in your favorite Las Vegas Sports Book for the time of your life. You'll never experience the excitement of a Super Bowl like being in Vegas (unless you can afford the tickets to be at the game).

May 1 (PD) - The Kentucky Derby will be held at Churchill Downs in Louisville, KY. The best place to view "The most exciting two minutes in Sports" has got to be a Las Vegas Sports book. Make your choice, get there early and enjoy the spectacle.

August 3 - 8 - Hot August Nights is to return to the Reno/Sparks area. This event is open to all 1976 and older classic cars pickup trucks and emergency vehicles. There will be a car show, vendors, drag races, concerts, cruises, poker run, poker walk, and a parade. In 2013, over $100,000 was awarded in prizes for Best of Show and Ultimate Best of Show. This up-and-coming event sounds like a great time for car enthusiasts, but you'll have to plan accordingly since it's not in the Las Vegas Area and is about 7 hours (450 Miles +/-).

January 19 - 22 - The Safari Club International 50th Annual Convention returns to Las Vegas after three years in Reno and returns to Mandalay Bay Convention Center and will occupy over 650,000 square feet of exhibit space. Six continents will be under one roof and will give you the opportunity to book hunts, shop for the latest guns and hunting equipment and meet old and new friends who share your interest in hunting. There's quite a lot of big game hunting in this convention, more than you're likely to find anywhere else. There's also some big-name entertainment that shows up for this convention. You're sure to have a great time.
